The wine is made from Gewürztraminer grapes sourced from McFadden Farm and Chardonnay grapes from Hawkeye Ranch in Mendocino County. To maintain its fresh, lively character, the wine is whole-bunch pressed, fermented in stainless steel, and aged in neutral oak for six months.

When bottled, it's left unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfites, preserving its pure and natural expression.
