Celebrating Books, Beverages, and the Experiences Between
Founded in 2023, The Beverage Library sits at the intersection of literature, beverage exploration, and cultural event engagement. What began as a job mixed with a passion project for Marshelle (Founder and Publisher) has grown into a dynamic platform and a vibrant community of readers, beverage consumers, and event enthusiasts.
Our mission is to create thoughtful, accessible content, including articles, social media, and podcasts, that encourages deeper engagement with books, beverages, and events shaping our world.
Our platform also offers exclusive behind-the-scenes coverage of cultural events, thoughtful beverage reviews, and curated insights into the trends that inspire those seeking adventure and discovering new experiences.
Beyond media, The Beverage Library offers professional services and a curated online marketplace featuring products, resources, and experiences inspired by books, beverages, events, and everyday living.
We also invite individuals to get involved through Heart of the Community, our volunteer initiative that provides opportunities to support partnered events, connect with the community, and gain meaningful experiences and benefits.

A Letter from Our Founder

When I was a little girl, one of my favorite events at school was the book fair. I only had so much money to spend, but I wanted everything—the colorful pencils, fun erasers, bookmarks, stickers, and, of course, the books. I loved Scholastic books and The Baby-Sitters Club, and those early experiences helped shape my love for reading.
Reading also became important to me for another reason: I dreamed of becoming an actress.
In acting classes, my teacher would always tell me that if I wanted to truly understand the character I was playing or the monologue I was performing, I needed to read the entire play. So, I did just that. Reading became more than entertainment. It became a way to understand characters, stories, perspectives, and worlds beyond my own.
Then came beverages.
After becoming a licensed bartender, I returned to college while working to help support myself and my mom. Behind the bar, I discovered how much I enjoyed creating different beverages and introducing people to something they hadn't tried before. Customers would often ask, "What does that drink taste like?" I loved being able to explain it to them—and now, through The Beverage Library, I can share those discoveries with you, too.
And then there are events. Who doesn't enjoy getting out and experiencing something?
Concerts, theater, festivals, family events, cultural celebrations, special attractions, sporting events—you name it. I enjoy having fun, discovering something different, and sharing those experiences with the people around me. There will always be somewhere new to go, something new to experience, and another memory waiting to be made.
Looking back, I realize that books, beverages, and events have each played a role in different chapters of my life. They may seem like three completely different things, but to me, they're connected by something much bigger: discovery, conversation, culture, and experience.
That is the heart behind The Beverage Library.
Books spark discovery. Beverages open conversation. Events bring culture to life.
Through reading, gathering, and attending, culture moves from thought to experience—shaped by people, places, conversations, and shared moments.
I'm grateful you've found your way here.
I hope you'll stay awhile, explore, expand your mindset, and most importantly, go out and enjoy your life. When you discover a book, beverage, or event on this website that interests you, don't just read about it—experience it for yourself.
Pick up the book. Try the beverage. Attend the event. Visit somewhere new. Enjoy the atmosphere. Start a conversation. Make a memory. Share it with us and the world! #thebeveragelibrary
Because The Beverage Library isn't only about what we recommend. It's about what you discover and how you feel once you experience it for yourself.
With Love,
Marshelle Renee Sanders
