Lazy Dog Restaurant Honors National Dog Day with Dog-Friendly Celebration and Charitable Giveback

Lazy Dog Restaurant is inviting pet lovers across the country to celebrate National Dog Day with their four-legged companions during a special four-day event from August 24–27. Known for its welcoming, dog-friendly patios, the restaurant is pairing the celebration with a charitable initiative that supports therapy animal programs nationwide.

Throughout the promotion, Lazy Dog will donate $1 to Pet Partners for every Dog Bowl purchased in-restaurant. Pet Partners is a nonprofit organization that supports therapy animal teams that bring comfort, connection, and emotional support to people in hospitals, schools, senior centers, and other community settings.

Guests who purchase a Dog Bowl during the National Dog Day celebration will also receive a card redeemable for a complimentary Dog Bowl on a future visit with the purchase of an entrée, giving pet parents another reason to return with their canine companions.

On National Dog Day, August 26, the celebration includes an extra treat for furry guests. The first 50 dogs visiting the patio at each participating Lazy Dog Restaurant location will receive a complimentary Lazy Dog bandana while supplies last.
